Terms of Service

By using VerdePath's website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

VerdePath Lawn & Garden provides residential lawn care services in California, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Recurring maintenance plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• One-time lawn care services
• Backyard care and maintenance

Service availability depends on your location within our service area and current scheduling capacity. VerdePath reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time.

Estimates provided by VerdePath are based on lawn photos submitted through our website or assessments conducted in person. Estimates are prepared in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. If actual property conditions differ materially from what was assessed — such as significant overgrowth, additional structures, or access limitations — VerdePath reserves the right to adjust the estimate. Any changes will be communicated before service begins.

Service dates are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or other operational factors. VerdePath reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.

We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes. We appreciate your flexibility and will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your service schedule.

Invoices are issued following each completed service visit. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. VerdePath accepts payment via Zelle.

Accounts with three (3) or more unpaid invoices may have service suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. VerdePath is not responsible for any service interruptions resulting from non-payment.

Customers may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service by contacting VerdePath prior to the scheduled visit date. We ask for as much advance notice as possible to allow us to adjust our schedule.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in an account review and, at VerdePath's discretion, suspension or termination of services.

Customers enrolled in recurring maintenance plans may request a change to their service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at any time by contacting VerdePath. Frequency changes will take effect beginning with the next scheduled visit following the request.

Service plans may be paused or cancelled by contacting us directly. We do not require long-term contracts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VerdePath account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at (209) 299-9707 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. VerdePath is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use that occurs before you notify us.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account or submitting a service request.

VerdePath will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. However, VerdePath is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage or conditions present before service began
• Damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface structures not disclosed prior to service
• Conditions not visible or reasonably detectable during the estimate assessment
• Natural weather damage occurring before, during, or after service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VerdePath's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
